INTRODUCCIÓN

El control de la producción tiene como finalidad el regular elmovimiento de los materiales por todo el ciclo de fabricación, desde la requisición de las materias primas hasta la entrega del producto acabado, vigilando las operaciones actuales, y comparándolas con los estándares establecidos, analizando diferencias y tomando acciones adecuadas para asegurar que las operaciones de producción se mantienen dentro del programa.
