"The government and businesses in some countries are more honest than others."
Business run worldwide 24/7. New companies arise and other disappear but what is not disappearing and isdefinitely arising is Poverty, Explotaition, Corruption and Unethical Activities.
Lots of companies has expanded their business worldwide to increase their profits and to gain market inother countries. But what happens to the workers they hire in other countries? Are they well treated like workers in the United States of America?
Latin America has a great demographiclocation and has the principal countries where companies expand their kingdom and create manufactures, but it has at the same time a very high level of corruption and unethical activities.Hundreds of thousand of employees are exploited day by day because there are not good and enough laws that protect them as workers and human beings. They get paid less than 6 dollar per day for alot of hours of hard job.
American companies tried to protect their workers by creating different norms and values inside their companies, but governments and bosses in latin Americaare don’t worried about this problem because they only care about their wealth and profits.
And the same thing happens in China, Malaysia, and lots of countries around the world.
What canwe do as citizens and workers to make a change????
The answear is:
VALUES, EDUCATION, NORMS AND LAWS
People around the world need to have education to be prepared in a better way to besuccessful. But another important thing is VALUES to make everyone conciusness and to improve respect between people. Laws have to be made to protect workers from the bad companies andbosses. Constant Monitoring and Implementations inside companies have to be made to ensure that the quality of the environment workers have is good for them and there are not exploit as others.
