More and more girls are concerned about their body, in this case, Dana, with 8 years old, with anorexic. The Doctor do not know why Dana has anorexic being so young.She was stay in the clinic to be evaluated. But Dana hates the clinic, when her mom take her for the clinic, Dana always yell and cry, asking for taking her home again warning to her mom, if her momleave in the clinic, she never eats again. Dana has a worrying way to look in the mirror and she hates her body.
But her mom thinks that Dana only need attention, Dana have sisters, and Dana isgrow up, she is in the edge that kids only have attention… her dad don’t think like her family, Dana always yell to his dad “let me die, I don’t going to eat, let me die”
All nights Dana cried in herbed, saying that she was tired for the exercises, she only wants to continue with the exercises, if she takes a break, she feels guilty for can´t burn the calories inside her body.
In the documentary,Dana was in treatment for her illness in the clinic with 20 girls with anorexic and bulimic problems, she is the youngest, but finally she starts to control the food and eat almost twice a day.
TheDoctor in the clinic explains that young girls with anorexic exist because they are young, they want to control something in their lives, and the food is the only thing that they can control bythemselves.
In her 3rd week in the clinic, Dana make friends, she now feel at home, but she need to win 1 kilo per week, a difficult homework for her, but Dana Is not the only girl in the clinic withproblems, the girls suffer when is lunch time, another case, a girl 16 years old, her weigh, 43 kilos.
The Doctor confirm that the girls need to stay in the clinic the necessary time for keep going, after2 months if they eats well and make sure that she doesn´t have anorexic anymore… the Doctor can´t let it go, if anorexic started in home… the memories came back.
