* Organization: a system, which depends on, and in continual interaction with external environments, that require constant feedbackto maintain effectives.

* Learning: the process of transforming experience into knowledge, skills, attitudes and beliefs.

* What is?
* Is a theory reinvented by Senge, whichsays the organizations need to become learning organizations in order to be effective. Senge emphasis on innovation and teamwork, where people “learn how to learn together”.
* Is a continualself-transformation and learning process. Different between individual learning process, in which only employees apply new knowledge but the organizations has out-of-date policies or practices.
