Featuring PowerJet Charges
Description The 2-in. HSD* guns are for the slim-hole casing market, but have applications in any completion where downhole restrictions limitgun size including the through-tubing, dual-completion, monobore and extended reach markets. Natural completions require deep penetrating charges and the new PowerJet* charge is used at shot densitiesup to 6 spf. Sand prevention requires deep penetrating charges and optimum phasing to prevent failure of the sand around the perforation tunnel and to minimize perf-toperf collapse. A 135°spiral-phased gun provides optimum phasing. Alternatively, the 2-in. gun can be oriented to aim perforations in the desired direction to minimize sanding. Fracture stimulation requires 120°- or

2-in. HSD gun 4 spf, 60° spiral
60°-phased guns with a large entrance hole or, if the gun can be aligned with the preferred fractureplane (PFP), 180° phasing. The standard 2-in gun has a 60° spiral hole pattern and can be loaded with a choice of big-hole or deep-penetrating charges up to 4 spf according to the frac job design. A180° 4-spf gun is also available. For special applications, other phasings and shot densities can be made upon request. Guns can be conveyed using wireline, slickline, tubing or coiled tubing. Theintercarriers screw together TCP-style allowing fast rig-up and rig-down. Over 4500 ft of guns can be run allowing perforation of long intervals in one run. Multiple guns can be aligned with respect to...
