Introducción

El presente trabajo se enfoca en el análisis de la ley Federal de Justicia de los adolescentes, la cual se dio a conocer por el Secretario de Gobernación, Miguel Ángel Osorio Chong en el cual expidió el presente instrumento constitucional el 27 de diciembre del 2012 publicada en el diario oficial de la Federación, el cual trae una serie de pasos y reglas las cuales llevan a larecreación del sistema que propone con ello un nuevo tratado a los adolescentes que son sometidos a un juicio por las diferentes causas que pueda tener así como lo pueden ser la colaboración con el crimen organizado, el narcotráfico, homicidios o cualquier otro tipo de conductas antirreglamentarias.


La presente ley busca que el adolescente ya no sea juzgado como adulto, y tenga un juiciodiferente, tomando en cuenta la opinión del involucrado, así mismo verificando que sus derechos nos sean violados por nadie, todo esto será avaluado por las instituciones que son las encargadas de ello.


Uno de sus puntos muy relevantes es la transversalidad que busca que la aplicación de la ley tendrá en cuenta la totalidad de los derechos que concurren en el adolescente, ya sea por serindígena, capacidades diferentes, trabajador, o cualquiera otra condición que resulte contingente en el momento en el que sucedan los hechos imputados o aquél en el que se aplica el Sistema Integral de justicia para los adolescentes la mínima intervención consiste en la adopción de medidas para tratar a los adolescentes sin recurrir a procedimientos judiciales, en el entendido de que se respetaránplenamente sus derechos humanos y garantías legales.


Todo esto tiene una base antecedentes de varios años atrás la cual tiene un índice y uno de los más importantes es el incremento de crímenes la mayoría de estos fueron causados por adolescentes debido al reclutamiento del crimen organizado a sus filas y esta ley busca frenar estos índices, teniendo un proceso diferente para que el adolecente puedarecrear su conducta mediante procesos especializados llevándolos a tener o formar una mejor vida futura para que ningún adolescente vuelva a recaer o a involucrarse en estos actos antirreglamentarios.























Introduction


This paper focuses on the analysis of the Federal Law of Justice of adolescents, which was announced by the Secretary of theInterior, Miguel Angel Osorio Chong in which he issued this constitutional instrument on December 27, 2012 published in the official journal of the Federation , which brings a number of steps and rules which lead to the recreation of the system proposed thus a new treaty to adolescents who are undergoing trial for the different causes that might have as well as may be working with organized crime , drugtrafficking , murder or any other type of regulatory non- behavior.


This law seeks that the adolescent is not tried as an adult , and have a different view, taking into account the views of involved , also making sure that their rights are violated us by anyone, all this will be valued by the institutions that are the responsible for it.


One of his most important points is themainstreaming seeking the enforcement will consider the totality of the rights existing at the teenager, either by being indigenous , disabilities , worker, or any other condition resulting quota the time they occur or that the facts complained of in the Integral System of justice for adolescents involves minimal intervention measures to treat adolescents without resorting to judicial proceedings , on theunderstanding that applies give full respect for their human rights and legal safeguards .



All this has a background based on several years ago which has an index and one of the most important is the increase of crimes most of these were caused by adolescents due to recruitment of organized their ranks crime and this bill seeks to stop these indices taking a different process for the teen...
