I’M GOING TO TALK ABOUT Dreams and their meaning
First of all, what is a dream?
Dreams are successions of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations that occur involuntarily in the brain during somestages of sleeping, Mainly in the rapid-eye movement also now as REM stage in which the brain activity is really high almost of being awake.
Most of us slept about 8 hours, which means we spendabout a third of our lives sleeping and dreaming.
Despite that don’t remember but we dream three or four times each night, when we woke up we just remember a 20% of our dreams but we stay with theemotion. For example if we are having a good dream we woke up happy.
Dream had a connection to the unconscious. They can be from normal to surreal and they are out the control of the dreamer.
Dreamsare like to open a door direct of our minds. All the ambitions, fears, good and bad things live there.
Through the history dreams had always seen like messages of gods, or visions of the future.Recurring dreams: Is when you dreams similar or exactly the same dreams several times.
Black and white: A small percentage of people dream only in black and white.
Nightmares: Is a dream with anegative emotion, typically fear and horror, that contain situations of danger.
Déjà vu: Is when you feel that you had already lived a situation. Usually is because we had planned what we are gonnado, so when it happened we feel that we already live that.

Dreaming with bees or birds flying freely, means a good social life, happiness in your life.Success in love. Good profits.
Holiday dream represents that you need to take a break or that A part of you wants to escape from their responsibilities.
Dreaming of spiders is always is a badthing. The spider is a symbol of problems, conflicts and enemies.
Dreaming of unhealthy are problems with money.
