Use of Enzymes in Industry
Enzyme use is an important part in industry; they are important in the development of many products and are part of many products we use. They are used in washingdetergents, in the textile industry and to produce many foods and drinks.
Task: you are to complete an essay/brochure/poster looking at the use of enzymes in industry.
