Man reaches Mars:
another small step for man.
The space race is not as important . it was 40 years ago, but of course this is a great step in the Age of aerospace engineering. Today, as if it were a mirror of thepast, 3 American astronauts have walked on Mars. "another small step for man ..." were the first words of astronaut Philip Harris, commander of the mission. His two partners, Laurence Smith and spanish Pedro Duque, were impressed with the view of the barren landscape. "This is amazing, no words to describe this feeling, " said Duque. The mission, which it was to have started two months ago,suffered some problems in their initial phases due to heavy storms had on the red planet. After many efforts to view weather forecast, at 2:35 am this morning (local time) the three scientists reached their purpose. Their objective is doing a visual inspection of the area B-5, the less steep area of the planet, collect some samples and measurements and return to earth in about 6 hours. Cape Cañaberalstaff is doing updates on their website the mission every 15 minutes; www.themagicofthespace.com. On July 21, 1969, the man reached the moon. The mission was named . Apollo 11. On this occasion the Troilo 11, smiling at last because Troilus is the son of Apollo in Greek mythology.
