Coca Cola and UN Women Partnership.

While searching information about the topic or the activity to complete I found a page where we can found out about a partnershipbetween Coca Cola Company and UN Women organization. The mainly objective for this fusion is to promote women’s economic empowerment by building the strengths of both organizations.

Both organizationsseek to enable the economic power of 5 million women entrepreneurs across the Coca Cola value chain by 2020. They are taking actions to develop and implement programs to help break the walls betweenentrepreneurs and small business including fruit farmers, shopkeepers, recycling collectors, and artisans.

The UN Women is also encouraging companies to sing an actual principle where they takecompromise to promote women’s empowerment in the workplace and marketplace. Both companies fusion together to by providing increased access to business skills training, financial services and support.In addition to this partnership both developed a statement support and signed to bolster corporate leadership for gender equality in the workplace, marketplace and community. Taking these new steps,both demonstrate their commitment on genders equality and women’s empowerment as a business imperative.

Finally we can assure that this partnership is going to help women’s to grow in companies andform a better career, if the association tries to implement the contract or statement and make more companies sing it we will see a change between companies, and their culture.
