LANGUAGE EVOLUTION: WHY LANGUAGES CHANGE?

Speakingany language, no matter which one, implies certain processes that occur and whether we are aware of it or not does mean that speaking a language cannot have certain repercussions and modifications.Language has changed and no matter how, it did change actually. There are no good or bad changes, just changes. The language we speak now has suffered certain transformations that make it different fromthe language people used to speak in the past. When I say language, I mean the language or languages we speak; it could be Spanish, English, French or a native language, Nahuatl for instance.
Why dolanguages change? And why people do not speak the same way all the time? Within this question we can find the answer: time. As I said at the beginning, we do not speak the same way our grandparents orparents spoke. It is because through time, languages are by nature in constant fluctuation. It is its own nature to change. Through time languages suffered changes that take them to the way and naturethey have nowadays; and they probably will continue to evolve. Why? Because it is our nature as human beings to change, to transform to go beyond where we are now, and language is part of us, justlike our lungs or our heart. Society depends on the language as much as language depends on society to exist.
Society has contributed to language change because from the very old times to current days,factors like geography, historical events, politics, economics and social prestige are factors that had a repercussion on language evolution. War, subjugations, invasions, conquest and migration forinstance.
