Location
The State of Mexico is located in the South center of the country.
Limits
The State of Mexico is bordered to the North with Queretaro and Hidalgo, to the west with Michoacan, to the east with Tlaxcala and Puebla and to the South with Guerrero.
Extension
The state has a total area of 22, 499 km2.
Weather
About seventy percent of the state has a temperatesub-humid weather in highlands of Toluca Valley and areas around Texcoco. The coldest areas in the highest elevations such as the Nevado de Toluca, Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl. Snow can be found on these areas almost all the year.

Plaza de España
Best known as Plazadel Quijote because it is adorned with a sculpture of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza are installed in it markets, craft stalls and circus.
