STRATEGIES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AT SECONDARY GENERAL SCHOOLS

Resumen
El propósito de esta investigación es analizar las estrategias para mejorar la gestión supervisora en los planteles de Educación Media General, delmunicipio Escolar Maracaibo 1, del estado Zulia. En cuanto a lo teórico se apoyó en los modelos propuestos por Goleman, D. (2010); Gil’Adi, D. (2010), Shagin (2008), Robbins, D.; Coulter, N. (2008), entre otros. La investigación fue Descriptiva enmarcada en un diseño no experimental, transaccional y de campo. La población estuvo constituida por 86 personas. 16 directivos y 70 docentes. La técnicautilizada para recabar información fue un instrumento de medición tipo cuestionario constituido por 48 ítems con respuestas cerradas de selección siguiendo el modelo tipo likert. Fue validado por cinco (05) expertos y fue sometida su confiabilidad a través de una prueba piloto a 15 sujetos con las mismas características de la población objeto de estudio a cuyos resultados se le aplicó la formulaAlpha de Cronbach obteniendo un coeficiente de de la variable estrategias para mejorar la gestión supervisora un coeficiente de 0.992, el valor obtenido indica que el instrumento es confiable y se encuentra apto para su aplicación, al finalizar la investigación se plantearon lineamientos metodológicos para mejorar la gestión supervisora los planteles de Educación Media General, del municipioEscolar Maracaibo 1, del estado Zulia.

Abstract
The purpose of this investigation is to analyze the strategies to improve the supervisory management at the secondary general schools at the Maracaibo 1 School District in Zulia State. As per the theory it was supported by authors Goleman, D. (2010); Gil’Adi, D. (2010), Shagin (2008),Robbins, D.; Coulter, N. (2008), among others. The investigation was descriptive and framed within a non experimental transactional and field design. Population was constituted by 86 people, 16 directors and 70 teachers. The technique used in order to obtain information was a measurement instrument type questionnaire, constituted by 48 items with closed selection answers as per the Likert typemodel. It was validated by five (05) experts and its reliability confirmed by a pilot test on 15 subjects with the same characteristics as the object of study population which results were subjected to the Cronbach Alpha Formula with the coefficient of 0.992 for the strategies to improve the supervisory management variable; the value obtained indicates that the instrument is reliable and suitablefor its application; methodological guidelines were outlined at the end of the investigation in order to improve the supervisory management at the secondary general schools in Maracaibo 1 School District in Zulia State.
