Ethics Program
Introduction
The Golden Rule is an ethical code. Treat others as to how you would like to be treated. Similarly, as part of Kontabilita LLC we should not treat others in ways that we would not like to be treated (Fulton, 2004).
The Golden Rule is the basis of all ethics code. It is rooted in all cultures worldwide. It was followed by residents of ancient Judea, Greece,India, China, and many more. Ancient Greek manuscripts proclaim a directive to “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
It is a concept supporting human rights and the dignity of human life. Every person has the right to be treated justly. Every person has the obligation to reciprocate this right by defending justice for all. As employee of Kontabilita you will treat all people civillyregardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, political affiliation, or physical handicap (Joseph, 2008).
Ethical Guide
The code of ethical conduct is a guide. As an employee of Kontabilita LLC, you are providing guidance to various non-profit organizations. Your obligation result from the traditional values embodied within the Golden Rule. These values are engraved in the USConstitution and the Bill of Rights.
Professional Responsibility
Professional Responsibility is practiced professional conduct in obeying, honoring, and defending public laws (Joseph, 2008).
A violation of professional responsibility is conflicts of interest. A conflict of interest occurs when a client’s right is taken from him/her because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, politicalaffiliation, or physical handicap.
Disclosure of confidential information is considered a violation of professional conduct (Garner, 2003). Kontabilita employees have a strict duty of confidentiality in regards to information of other employees. Employees have a strict duty of confidentiality in regards to information of our clients.

The Code of Ethics
All guidelines that are not followed donot lead to an effective administration and work environment. An effective administration mutually involves its employees following the established guidance and procedures and leaders establishing good laws.
All departments function with a Code of Ethics.
The Code of Ethics standards issues includes (http://www.ethicsweb.ca/codes):
1. Code specifics to employees, managers, board of directors andclients supporting established federal and state constitutional laws.
2. Employees’ active involvement in the design and the writing of the laws they will live by. The established code of ethics becomes more meaningful. It is more acceptable if employees are involved in the code’s process towards.
3. Key stakeholders provide input in regards to what they think needs to be in the Code of Ethics.This allows the managers to see what are the expectations and issues of their stakeholders.
4. Investigation of other’s code of ethics that is effective in implementation and design. These provided relevant inspiration and guidance without reinventing the wheel.
5. All employees, from the mailroom to senior managers, are accountable to abide by all rules established in the code of ethics.
6.The implementation and management by all managers, and supervisors.
7. Employee training and education will be required of all new employees prior to the commencement of employment. All current employees are required to annually recertify to all sections of the codes of ethics competency as part of the requirements in their annual performance report evaluation (more details on Training ProgramSpecifications).
8. Code enforcement includes written certification of code and annual recertification of code competency.
9. Code will be reviewed and revised every three years. The Ethics Committee reviews Code of Ethics every three years to determine whether it requires revision. If there are changes to be made a sub-committee is set up to review the Code of Ethics and recommend these...
