LAS FIGURAS ASOCIATIVAS COMO ALTERNATIVA
EN LOS AGRONEGOCIOS

INTRODUCCIÓN
A fin de normar criterios para la interpretación de la terminología que se emplea, se debe
precisar que se entiende por Normatividad aplicada a los agronegocios para los efectos de
esquematizar todas y cada una de las leyes y reglamentos clasificados para tal fin, esto
permitirá sugerir unsistema regulador del sector, así como la planeación normativa con la
finalidad de que exista en México una uniformidad, clarificación e higiene legislativa para el
agronegocio.
La normatividad aplicada a los agronegocios “es el conjunto de leyes, códigos, reglamentos,
circulares, avisos, notificaciones y Normas Oficiales Mexicanas que se refieren a una actividad
agroempresarial, como base de suacción, que se desarrolla en el medio urbano y rural,
teniendo como base la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y se encuentran
vigentes”.

SUMMARY
The Agribusiness Normatively in Mexico has had great peak starting from the reformations to
the mercantile, civil and agrarian laws of 1991 and they have been the base for its development.
The former of Rural Credit law contemplated from aprecise way to the associative figures that
will be constitute for the agribusiness, however, associative figures existed in the mercantile
legislation to which these producers didn't have access, braking this way the possibility of a
sustainable rural development as at the moment it is contemplated in the Law of Sustainable
Rural development and the Law of Capitalization of Procampo.
The Mexicanmercantile normatively will be incorporate to the agricultural normatively now
opening the way to the multiple options that the rural producer will have so much access to
satisfy the current necessities of national grouping as to give an answer before the current
demands as regards agribusiness at international level.
The agribusiness is seen low two points of view: The office worker and thenormative one, this
last one means strategic hygiene for their development as well as the discipline that is
demanded given the variety of interests that they are ventilated to the interior and external of an
agribusiness.

On the other hand, theagricultural producer will be limited to constitute the associative figure
that more favors to its interests and growth of its business taking into account only those
consecrated in the Mexican laws, so that this way he/she can acquire the necessary legal
personality and mainly, to be subject of credit.
Joined to the mercantile normatively to achieve the objectives of this study it is necessaryto
consider to the agrarian normatively, banking and finances, labor, civil and professional.
