THE INFLUENCE OF THE TEACHER’S CREATIVITY IN THE TEACHING ENGLISH AS A FOREING LANGUAGE

Everybody possesses creative abilities and it can be develop in the practice. Therefore, the exercise of the creativity can applies and does in the classroom through the teachers’ teaching, since teacher are the mean and instrument to transmit knowledge to new generations. However, teachers also must have ahigh professional quality and certain personals aptitudes and attitudes.
On the other hands, the teachers’ role in the educative process has changed and it has gone modified according to the actual pedagogical, where the students’ creativity, their individual skills and the personal interests have a big importance and of this way students become the spotlight of the educative process.Teachers’ effort is directed more broadly to address the student for responsible travel that path for their own learning, of this form teacher’s work less important transmitter of knowledge that at other times occupy most of its activity. This teacher’s goal will be got using the new technologic means which will become important auxiliarity that will help to modify the teachers’ work.
All thesecircumstances call a constant change in the professional profile of teachers to respond satisfactorily to the demands of formation of the current students. Although to start learning the creativity, teacher should be creative, means effort and planning, be sensitive to the problems of the students and society, aware of their environment, open to all of kinds of techniques and means to assist the process oflearning and clarification of the message.
Study techniques, wings that are so important in recent years we are all creativity techniques, and alternatives proposed with different results for each individual, and this in relation to each subject or discipline.
Characteristics of a good teacher
One of the most important attribute of a good teacher is to be a good communicator. He should becomfortable explaining things and enjoy doing the same.
At times, a teacher might feel like yelling or shouting at students, but a good teacher is one who knows how to keep the temper in check and act calmly in such situations.
A good sense of humor is another great tool that helps a teacher to simplify his task. Wit and humor, when applied in the proper manner, can form an important part of asuccessful teaching program.
A good teacher must have good time management skills and always value the importance of time. In fact, wise utilization of time is the hallmark of a good teacher.
He should be fair to his profession and assess students of their performance, instead of personal rapports and likings.
A teacher should be dedicated towards his work. He should not kill his time in the classroomand wait for the school bell to ring.
A good teacher should be meticulous and have an eye for detail.
A good teacher should be a good leader and a good friend. He should also be a disciplinarian and the students must look up to him.
