Development
The Administration of companies isthe social science, technique and art that she is in charge of the planning, organization, address and control of the resources (human, financial, materials, technological and the knowledge) of theorganization, with the purpose of obtaining the maximum possible benefit; this benefit can be economic or social, this of the ends that pursues the organization depending.

Planning is the Selection of goals, objectives and actions to accomplish that they include ways, material resources, time and involvedpeople in the accomplishment of the same. Express the way of the awareness, the desire and the possibility of projecting the company toward the future.
Organizations are social designed systems toachieve goals and objectives through the human resources or the management of the human talent and another type.
