The Executive Summary is a one page summary of your business plan. It should be the last thing you write, but the first part of the final delivery because it is the firstelement that people should see. The Executive Summary is critical, it is your chance to sell and promote your business idea.

Þ   Company’s Highlights - Summarize your company’s advantages. For example, if your people are yourstrength, focus on them. If your product holds a patent let the potential investor know about the benefits it gives to you, as a successful company

Þ   Howare you planning to reach your mission?
Þ   Will you provide a service or a product?
Þ   Why does the market needs your company?
Þ   How do you think you will fill the marketplace needs?
