Hula es una forma de danza que se acompaña por cánticos o canciones.
Existen dos estilos de hula.
* La danza hawaiana más tradicional o antigua es denominada "kahiko", através de la misma se representan diversos aspectos de la naturaleza y de los dioses de la cultura de Hawái.
* El otro estilo de danzas es denominado "'auana", y aunque ha evolucionado a partir delkahiko, no se encuentra restringida a representar los aspectos sagrados (kapu) que se representan en el kahiko. El hula es acompañado por canciones e instrumentos musicales de influencia occidental talescomo la guitarra, el ukelele y el contrabajo.

DANZA
Hula is a dance form that is accompanied by chants and songs.
There are two styles of hula.
• The traditional Hawaiian dance or old is called "kahiko"through itself represent different aspects of nature and the gods of the culture of Hawaii.
• The other style of dance is called "'auana" and although it has evolved from the kahiko, is notrestricted to represent the sacred aspects (kapu) that are represented in the kahiko. The hula is accompanied by songs and musical instruments such as Western-influenced guitar, ukulele and bass.
