Disease Flu:
The flu spreads from infected persons through droplets in virus-laden aerosol (from saliva, nasal and bronchial secretions), emitted by coughing or sneezing or just to talk. And muchmore rarely, through the feces of infected birds. It is also transmissible by blood and by surfaces or objects contaminated with the virus, called fomites.
The flu virus more resistant in dry and cold.Can retain their infectivity during one week at human body temperature, for 30 days at 0 ° C and for a much longer time at lower temperatures

Influenza is distributed in seasonalepidemics, causing hundreds of thousands of deaths, which become millions in the years of pandemic (global epidemic). Causes

Treatment:Drinking plenty of fluids and getting lots of rest when needed is still the best bit of advice to ease the discomforts of the common cold. Water is the best fluid and helps lubricate the mucousmembranes,
