Homosexual Adoption

Homosexual adoption, also known as LGBT adoption, is the adoption of children by lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender; it’s legal inEngland and Wales, the Netherlands, Iceland, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, South Africa, and Andorra. Germany, Israel, Denmark and Norway allow partners in civil unions to adopt the natural or sometimes adoptedchild of the other partner. France has a law that both same-sex parents have parental rights over the biological child of one partner, reducing the significance of biological parenthood in a spermdonation situation.
In America, California, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Massachusetts, Washington State, Washington, D.C., Wisconsin, Vermont and New Mexico allow gay couples to adopt. Likewise, inCanada, adoption laws vary from state to state, but most states have gay adoption rights in some form.
The ACT, Tasmania and Western Australia allow same-sex couple adoption in Australia. Legislationin New Zealand may soon be introduced to allow gay couples to adopt.
The way of adoption, may vary from country to country, for example in the US, some courts have begun to apply a "best interestof the child" idea in deciding cases. Also LGBT people can try international adoption, tough, more expensive, also if in your country isn’t legal, you can’t, they can choose between a private and astate agency.
Many people doesn’t think they should be able to adopt, because “children need a motherly and a fatherly figure”, but the majority of the times, LGBT people assume roles (woman-man;mum-dad), others think that they will influence on the sexual orientation of their kids, like if your father is a doctor, when you grow up, you want to be a doctor, but it’s not like that (at least ingays and lesbians), its biological, lesbians have more testosterone than women are supposed to, gays have less than men are supposed to, soy one “is born gay/lesbian”, of course, some events can...
