HOW DO THE STUDENTS LEARN?
According to Vygotsky cognitive activities take shape in a matrix of social history and form the (socio-historical development).
That means that the context, the historyand culture of the society in which the child is interacting affect it´s learning and it´s crucial in the way in which the individual will think, so it determinates how the child will learn how tothink.
THE ZONE OF PROXIMAL DEVELOPMENT
This topic is about the difference between the Childs capacity to solve problems on his own, and his capacity to solve them with assistance. That’s what we do,we let them learn without assistance and when we see that it´s learning it´s been stopped we help to the student to understand what it´s the point.
INTERVENTION AND NON-INTRUSIVE INTERVENTION.
Theinformation of linguistics, psychology and pedagogy, meant that foreign language teaching has evolved it since the middle of the nineteenth century.
However, now the new methods are supposed to betotally effective.
According to Vygotsky (1978)an essential feature of learning is that it awakens a variety of internal developmental process that are able to operate only when the child is inaction of interacting with people in his environment and in cooperation with his peers.
Vygotsky highlights the role of the social interaction in learning. In this area Vygotsky differs of Piaget, forwhom learning proceeds and contribute to maturation and the language performance with others exceeds what the learner is able to do with the language without assistance.
However then we are able tosay is that Vygotsky really cares of the influence of the environment and the affinity between the people is essential to make the learner part of this environment. So these elements are reallyimportant in a conventional class room.
