At first we have to say that there is a vital difference in the hierarchical levels of both public and private organizations in whichwe will be detailed later with two important examples, one for a public company and another for a private company due to the end throughout the trial according to the analyzed below, we can see thedifference and importance of flattening in both public and private organizations.
Hierarchical levels have been a never-ending problem in public enterprises, because the people who come to the officealways try to enter the people who supported him to achieve that position in the state enterprises. This is common to see in our country an endless number of positions for a small department in which wecannot see the real responsibility that this person takes in the organization.
That’s why you see much bureaucracy in state organizations of Ecuador especially, for example for a document becomeseffective, it has to be signed by many people, making the procedure becomes slow and tedious thus cannot expedite the problem you have. This occurs simply because of the lack of flattening in publicorganizations as if there were not so many charges, the problem could be solved in a much more rapid and effective
But according to my researched this is not the main problem found in publicorganizations for not flattening, one of the most important problems that we have are great costs involved to keep the ministries and all organizations that deal with state due to the large number of people whoare working on these.

On the other side in private companies are also flattening problems in familiar organizations that all members of this family occupy a position sometimes unprepared, doingeverything be delayed and there is a problem in communication between the employee and his boss, This represents a problem in the administrative and business processes.
