INTRODUCCION
Con el presente artículo damos a conocer el concepto y la importancia de los objetivos específicos o tácticos dentro de una organización pues sin estos no se llegaría hasta los objetivos generales, también se encontraran sus características, y como formular estos objetivos además de algunos ejemplos para una mayor adquisición de conocimiento.

INTRODUCTION
In this article we presentthe concept and importance of specific or tactical objectives within an organization because without these will not come until the general objectives, characteristics also found, and formulate these goals plus some examples for knowledge intensification.
















JUSTIFICACION
Los objetivos específicos o tácticos poseen diversos componentes que a la hora de administrar o crear una empresason de vital importancia, gracias a estos obtenemos una idea clara para empezar a crear objetivos generales y luego específicos así el rumbo de la empresa será más clara y objetiva.
JUSTIFICATION
The specific tactical objectives or have different components when starting a business or manage are vital, because these get a clear idea to start creating general and specific objectives and then thedirection of the company will be more clear and objective .

















INTRODUCTION

Los, including study guides, teaching materials have a great significance in student learning, as the correct design it achieves the advancement of knowledge of the contents contemplating this, developing the students' responsibility to the study. Teaching materials should facilitate independent learning,which is why we must get the required information to the student. So it is essential, then, for the teacher to know the necessary and sufficient for the development and evaluation of aspects Study Guide. That is why this work we propose the following objectives:

How to formúlate these objectives

 I. Target Start writing as follows: ¨ after completing the topic, participants will be able to ... ¨
II. Should be expressed in terms of behavior
III.Deben alluding to participant behavior, conditions, performance criteria or pattern.

Examples of Specific Objectives

 Given a listof 10 counts ............................... (Reference conditions)
Participants will be able to ........................ (Reference to participant)
Grouping in the asset, liability and equity ... (reference to the criterion or standard of performance)

 Note that this objective relates to an observable behavior, the participant accounts grouped or not grouped. Similarly, the participant knowswhat will be asked, no need to guess what will evaluate, know will give a list of accounts (condition) and if you make a mistake does not achieve the objective of the program
