In the way as the American industry became more powerful and rich, the institutes and the people began to be corrupted by this situation, therefor the american political and regulatorsystem became to lose honest and in the same way its credibility, pointing as responsible of this collective domestic offense that carried to the crisis to bankers, politicians, rating agencies,bureaucrats and professors of universities, that used the deregulation to invent and promote complex financial instruments derivatives and securitized, Known by some as "weapons of mass destruction ", tobenefit their own bank accounts while ignoring the collapse of the subprime mortgage market, sweeping with the savings of many ordinary people, furthermore as is affirmed in the film this crises was not anaccident.
