Interview
An interview is a useful tool because it allowsthe interviewee to demonstrate to the interviewer that he/she possess the knowledge, experience, skills, attitudes and motivation for the open position. Also, an interview is considered a formdialogue where the interviewer will realize the applicant abilities, attitudes, character and which pros and cons this person have from other people interested in the position.
It is clear that aninterview is not the key in obtaining or not the job we want, but what is certain is that it gives the company a lot of data about the personality and the knowledge about the perfect candidate for theposition. Some of the benefits to this tool for an organization are:
