Given the very high number of people who are in a situation of unemployment, it is important to do everything possible to find a job. The offer now is very high for companies looking to fill certainpositions, so it is highly recommended to stand out from the rest of candidates. Therefore, an interview is the first gateway to get the desire job.
An interview is a useful tool because it allowsthe interviewee to demonstrate to the interviewer that he/she possess the knowledge, experience, skills, attitudes and motivation for the open position. Also, an interview is considered a formdialogue where the interviewer will realize the applicant abilities, attitudes, character and which pros and cons this person have from other people interested in the position.
It is clear that aninterview is not the key in obtaining or not the job we want, but what is certain is that it gives the company a lot of data about the personality and the knowledge about the perfect candidate for theposition. Some of the benefits to this tool for an organization are:
 To locate the right candidate for the given position.
 Promotes the adaptation of eligible employee to the business community.
Facilitates integration of the employee to the company.
 Contributes to increase productivity at work.
 The selected employee is placed at the site should perform better, saving time in theexecution of tasks.
However, as any other method, an interview has its limitation that restricts an employer to ask certain question that is not related to the job that the company is hiring for. Forexample, the limitations of an interview for an organization are asking question to the interviewer about:
 Race
 Sex
 Religion
 Age
 Marital Status
