I N T R O D U C C I O N

Con este trabajo queremos dar a conocer como fue q se inicio el derecho de trabajo en México así como los principios generales del derecho del trabajo.
Empezamos definiendo que es el DERECHO PROCESAL LABORAL:
El derecho procesal laboral es una rama del Derecho procesal que se ocupa de los conflictos laboralesya sea individuales o colectivos que surgen en los procesos en materia de trabajo y seguridad social, sean entre empresario y trabajadores sobre el contrato de trabajo, o respecto a prestaciones de seguridad social entre el beneficiario y la administración. También se ocupa de las relaciones entre la Administración Pública y su personal (no funcionarios y por tanto sujetos al Derecho laboral)....
