INDIVIDUAL MODEL of McDonalds FLOOR

My individual model plant of McDonalds is conceived from the two main functional areas of any store of the company. The users and workers areas.
The entrance symbolizes the McDonalds´ M, and gives access to the store. In the top of the door, the flower represents the marketing of McDonalds about healthy foods.
The user area is represented by acopy of a typical store of McDonalds, with chairs and tables, fun area to the children and containers for users to they deposit their remains at the end.
The entire store is free Wi-Fi zone, now is a common utility at many establishments like this.
Furthermore, the work area, represented from the cash register on. It is the back of the store.
It is the private part of the store, where users do nothave access and where is the most of the staff.
In this area we find the strength of McDonalds, a myriad of automated processes that allow you to serve with great speed and efficiency of their products.
To do this, we find different machines, the entrance for the supplier vehicles and cold stores for storage and food preservation.

FIRST JOINT MODEL

As indicated by the task, each groupmember, by consent and agreement of the rest, elected the most important part of your individual model.
As we can see in the picture, most of my model was chosen, because the others models lacked this fundamental areas.
The improvements and modifications incorporated are defined below:
* Part strange, like a Dragon: symbolizes modernity, globalization and innovation you need a business tothrive in our time.
* Green area and Play Kids: are improved and expanded this model, as members we agreed that comfort that customers feel is a concern motive and the greater convenience, higher profits. This ensures quality and brand loyalty.
* To the work zone, is added the Mc Auto, entrance for customers from their vehicles, symbolized by the road and different windows to ordering andpickup. This makes the business acquires a new flexibility to serve their customers.
* El camión muestra los proveedores, que junto con la esquina de arriba derecha, es la zona de warehousing, donde se almacenan los alimentos.
* The warehousing zone and supplier entrance is improved and expanded in this model; this gives higher capacity to the store. Is represented by the trucks and the topright corner.
* The blue brain: is an important area included in this model, it represents the information center, where McDonalds, in each store has all the information about accounting, supplies, products, finance, etc. With this area, McDonalds can control each store, from a central via Internet or Intranet in real time.

My part of the workconsisted of building a structure that represents the Marketing at McDonalds.
To do this I created a structure based on three phases, although in the group project I only used one because the structures formed by other members in the group represent those phases.
McDonald bases its marketing on quality, safety and health of your meals, and the role of marketing in any business is to present some facetof it, so the structure has three phases, the first representing the company (McDonalds ) with an M, joined to the adjacent second representing the media used by McDonalds that binds to third structure representing consumers.
