Metodos Alternos Para La Solucion De Conflictos
1. ADR: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is an efficient means of resolving disputes. When parties use ADR it avoids expensive and time consuming trials.
2. Negotiation: is adialogue between two or more people or parties, intended to reach an understanding, resolve point of difference, or gain advantage in outcome of dialogue, to produce an agreement.
3. Mediation:is a voluntary process where a experienced mediator discusses the case with the parties and explores the possibility of settlement.
4. Conciliation: exists the intervention of a third party,which can or not give some specific proposals of solution for the conflict, but the parts can or not accept them.
5. Conflict: a disagreement through which the parties involved perceive a threatto their needs, interests or concerns.
6. Arbitration: the controversy is left completely to the third people to be decided, just as it may be done by a Judge.
7. Award: A decision made by acourt to compensate a person for something.
8. Award execution: Order to make the award or force it to comply.
9. Caucus: a meeting of supporters or members of a political party or movement.10. Compromissory clause: is one of the clauses of the contract concluded by the parties, by which they agree that, in the event of a dispute arising from that contract, they shall settle it bymeans of private justice.
