PreparaciónPartir los bolillos por la mitad y untarles mantequilla. Agregar losfrijoles y encima el queso. Se meten al horno (150 *C) hasta que gratine el queso. Agregar salsa mexicana o chiles jalapeños al gusto. | How to do it:Divide the bread rolls in halves and spread butteron them. Add the kidney beans above and then the cheese. Put in the oven (150 *C) until the cheese gets cooked au gratis (melts). You can add guacamole, tomatoes, onions or jalapeños chili peppers tothe pleasure. |

GUACAMOLE
(4 Mexicans – 8-10 germans)

Ingredientes: * 1 cebolla picada finamente en cuadritos * 4 aguacates * 4 tomates picada finamente en cuadritos * 1 ajo * 1granada | Ingredients: * 1 finely chopped onion in little squares. * 4 avocados * 4 chopped tomatoes in little squares * 1 finely chopped garlic in VERY little squares * 1 pomegranate (thisis optional* my mom´s tip) |

Preparación: Parte los 4 aguacates y muélelos en un molcajete o mortero. Agrega los demas ingredientes. | How to do it:Use pestle and mortar (because you don´t have“molcajete”) to squash the avocado until it´s smooth as cream. Add the rest of the ingredients. |
