Artist, Dates and Culture or Location Sketch Technique, Type of Clay Used, ConeFrancesco Ardini was born in Padua, Italy on Novembre, 19, 1986. and graduated in Landscape Architecture at the IUAV, Venice, in 2011. Hediscovered ceramics during the study years. Currently works in Padua and Nove. | | The vision of reality is Ardini clearly broken, uneven surfaces, the dissolution obvious, the linearity threatened bytears. "proliferation in Blue" seems almost plastic, creating a real sense of transformation of the usual glossy white surface vessel in something continuous, varied and constantly expanding. |
GinnyMarsh was born in 1970, she received her undergraduate in Art from DePauw University and my M.F.A. from The Ohio State University | | high temperature stoneware and porcelain vessels, both wheel thrownand hand built. Firing them with a reducing atmosphere with gas or wood as fuel brings out subtle color variations in the glazes. |
Karen Swyler, American ceramist and Assistant Professor of Art,earned a BFA at the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University in 1998 and an MFA at the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2002.
