The company interviewed is AON Risk, Aon’s vision is to be universally recognized as the premier global risk and human capital management advisory firm.The insurance industry is now firmly positioned as part of the broader financial services community, which itself now represents our spectrum of opportunity. Insurance and reinsurance capital isincreasingly making itself available as a secondary source of strategic funding. Aon in Australia has pockets of excellence across these spectrums and their vision is to draw all these together, build onthat platform and grow into neighboring businesses as we seek to improve our relevance to today's and tomorrow's clients.
One of their HRM strategies is to facilitate total rewards strategyworkshops
Aon Hewitt will facilitate half-day workshop(s) with key stakeholders to stimulate discussion on key reward and recognition processes, systems and benefit usage across the company and to gainstakeholder buy-in.
We will present some broad market statistics so that key stakeholders and a sample of employees can gain a better understanding of the current state of their total rewards frameworkand begin to help shape the desired future state.

The performance manager systems and it’s components should be align with HRM strategy to make themsuitable by trust, opening integrity, and teamwork.

We proposed teamwork courses and foment a happy work place. If like company we are to prosper, we believe that we need an environment where ourpeople trust the competency of one another, share good ideas freely, are open to new ideas, and admit weakness without fear.

All relationships, internal and external, should be based on integrity -something that should never be compromised. We also believe commitment is a two-way street; with a focus point in loyalty and committed people, and we acknowledge we need to honor the company’s...
