I'm going to talk about motivation. The creation of positive attitudes towards the teaching of English language students, aimed at early childhood education.
Motivation is essential for students,is that motivated an interest and a positive attitude towards language: if they are motivated, they want to learn and to include it in the day to day. In short, we should make our futures students feelhappy learning English, but the more complicated it is and How?
There are many factors that can affect their motivation and consequently their way of learning the new language like as theclassroom, the teacher, the children's own attitude toward learning ... However, sometimes these attitudes can be negative creating inhibition and shyness may be due to low self-esteem, rejection of foreignlanguage, boredom, etc.
Therefore the teacher has to analyze the cause, showing interest in students and program activities as interesting as possible.
Motivation is the attitude towards a task.This involves a mixture of effort, want to learn and present a positive attitude. Therefore, motivation and attitude are directly related, because if the students have a positive attitude are motivated.There are two types of motivation:
- Extrinsic motivation is determined by factors related to factors outside the classroom.
- Intrinsic motivation has to do with factors related to what happens inthe classroom such as: the physical conditions of the class as the light, the number of students, the decoration, climate, etc. All these factors could alter the motivation of children, for example ifit gets too cold in the classroom is probably not correct to give attention to the teacher, the methodology also affects motivation (a methodology based on the needs and interests of studentsincreases motivation), the attitude of the teacher (the teacher should have a positive attitude towards their students, to convey serenity and affection), reinforcement and success (if the student has seen...
