0. Introduction
This Draft Mexican Official Standard refers to the designation of origin "Bacanora" owned by the Mexican state, in terms of the Industrial Property Law and the Declaration on the Protection of Appellation of Origin "Bacanora" published in the Official Gazette on November 6, 2000.
The specifications mentioned below, can only be met when the product subject tothis draft Mexican Official Standard, using raw materials and ingredients for health quality and apply health and hygiene practices of the Standard NOM-120 SSA1-force.
1. Objective and Scope
1.1 This Draft Mexican Official Standard is to establish the characteristics
and specifications must comply with the processing, packaging and marketing Bacanora.
