Decidimos emprender reformas transformadoras para que el país crezca con fuerza y este crecimiento se vea reflejado en la economía familiar. Este día damos un paso decisivo hacia ese objetivo. Lainiciativa de Reforma Hacendaria, que envié hace unos minutos a la Cámara de Diputados, trae muy buenas noticias para los mexicanos.
En primer lugar. La Reforma Hacendaria es una reforma social, conella se propone reformar los Artículos 4 y 123 de la Constitución, para incluir el derecho a una Pensión Universal y a un Seguro de Desempleo para los trabajadores formales. Esta iniciativa tiene comopropósito transitar de la seguridad social, como un derecho laboral, a la seguridad social, como un derecho humano. Eso significa, pasar de la seguridad social condicionada a un empleo formal, a laseguridad social con cobertura para todos, dejando atrás el enfoque asistencialista de los programas de apoyo a la tercera edad.
