PERSPECTIVE OF EVALUATIONEvaluation is perhaps the most vital all processes involved in technical and vocational training. Evaluation is the stimulus important for learning. When procedures are correct, the Students can trustthe quality of training, and employers can trust to qualified students. Every act assessment gives a message to students about what they should be learning and how they should. The evaluation tasks needto be developed with this in mind.
Pedagogy refers to culture-specific ways of organizing formal teaching and learning in institutional sites such as the school. In educational theory, pedagogytypically is divided into curriculum, instruction and evaluation: referring respectively to cultural knowledge and content, classroom interaction, and the evaluation of student. The evaluation ofpedagogical process is related to the individual student’s rights and obligations to participate in this as: guidance, diagnostic, prognostic, creator of the school environment, consolidation of learning, aresource for individualization, feedback, motivation, preparing students for life.
Evaluation is not just a technical task but also has a political nature because it has as purpose to contributeto decision making, is to better understand certain aspects of social and educational reality using scientific resources with the intention of reaching conclusions that help decision, which clearlyrefers to the political dimension of evaluative activity.
