Valentino Chocolates is a company nationally recognized for 20 years and managed to stay in consumer preference, however we are crossing through a crisis with the new competitionwith lower prices than ours and this brought us to a decline in sales. We also received the report of the delay in production of chocolate, becausethe machines are flawed and produce half of what itshould in one day, these failures have led to exhaustion and fights for theexcessive workload between employees.

Our OBJECTIVE is to have the best sales again in the chocolate industryand provideemployees a good working environment with a moreefficient machinery and economizing.


Options and Benefits

1) Chocolate ....
-Use quick-cooking ingredients to not spend a lot of electricity,gasand cooling for melting chocolate.

2) Wrapper ....
- Use a recycled envelope.

- Wrapper white background because it is more economical and try to not have much content, just what is required bylaw, such asnutritional bar ingredients.

3) Machinery
- Acquisition of new more efficient machines and Energy saving

- The machines are programmed to reuse leftover chocolate, melt itagain anduse it to get more production.



This plan is designed to be in three months back in the preference of consumers and continues to be the best chocolate company.
