Observing cells

Objective: Using the microscope we will be able to observe closely and in detail the differences in cells. 

Introduction:
What are the differences between each cell?
Thecell is a basic structural and functional unit of all known living organism.
All cells are similar to each other, because they all have the same basic structure inside. They all have a membrane thatencloses the jelly-like cytoplasm and a nucleus that controls the cell. But apart from these similarities, cells can be very different from each other.
There are more than 200 different shapes andsizes of cell in your body doing many differences job. It is the smallest unit of life that is classified as a living thing (except virus, which consists only from DNA/RNA covered by protein and lipids),and is often called the building block of life.
 
Hypothesis: 
After observing the cells we will determine what cells where harder to observe, and we will probably find the differences between themand why they are different. We think it will be the human skin cell.
 
Material: 
* Microscope 
* Notebook
* Pen
* 4 slides
* 4 covers lips
* Glucose tester nestle 
*Knife 
Variables: 
* Human Blood (from a finger)
* Human Skin (from a finger)
* Insect
* Plant (a leaf)

Methodology:
1- Take the spoon and scrap the arm to take skin.
2- Put theskin in one slide and the cover slip of the microscope.
3- Each one of the team needs to watch in the microscope the skin cells that were removed before.
4- Take some notes about the shapes andeverything visible.
5- With the finger take the glucose tester nestle take some blood.
6- Put a blood drop on a slide of the microscope and put a cover slip.
7- Each team member needs to observe theblood through the microscope.
8- Take notes about the shape of cells we see and the difference between the skin cells and the blood cells.
9- Take a knife and split the insect we already chose in 2...
