Abstract

The document develop is based to answer the question “Which is the best model to integrate Management Quality System, HACCP and Management Environmental System in a macadamia factory in Kenya?”.
The macadamia factory in Kenya requiresimplementing the entire integral management system in relation with the policies and strategies that the company established. At the same time all of them are necessary to satisfy client’s needs, compete with the international market and improve Kenyan life. Additionally, the company needs to reduce as much as possible the necessary resources to run the production as water and electricity, includingre-use or add value for rejects and shells, as a result of the natural inefficiency of macadamia transformation.
For the implementation project is important to start planning the project where the factory will still in construction to insure that the company can prevent wasting time and money, special in relation with HACCP system. The plan should be applied in the moment of the factory willproduce, comparing the reality with the plan, to make the indispensable changes before the certification audit.
The best way to implement a real integration system should be apply the tree standards at the same time, although during the implementation of the Environmental Management can be slower than the others, as well as it has bigger implications in the company. In relation with it, HACCPand Quality Management certification can be obtained for the company first.

In relation with the initial question, proposing the best model to integrate Management Quality System, HACCP and Management Environmental System in a macadamia factory in Kenya.

The author light up different aspects in this document to sustain the implementation, like: SWOT analysis of thecompany and strategies description as a result of the company analysis.

In other hand the first part of the integration system should be a description of the entire of the requirement and general documentation established per standard, to propose a general document that the company should follow.
After that it is important to build basis of the management systems establishing mission, vision,policies and objectives related each other to coordinate the company efforts to reach the goals.
Additionally, design a process map including all the processes and their connection with the general company objectives, process net describes different aspects to include in the moment of establishing processes and process characterization as the last part of the process management that the companyshould have per process.
In the end of the document it is an implementation plan, where is based in Deming wheel using the forth parts call: Plan, Do, Checking and Act.
Most of the steps have examples applying in the macadamia factory, where describe SWOT analysis, integration of the standards requirement, how to make policies, process net, process characterization, indicator worksheet, PDCAanalysis, etc.
Finally conclusions related with the document description comparing with the question that the author should answer.
