Hello Everyone.
This time the project will be basically focused on your strategies to speak and join words. The homework consists on a recording you have to hand in the day( or before that) of the exam, either in a cassette, cd, or through a voice mail, to my e-mail. (alejandro.tello.moreno@gmail.com). If there's problem for you to do the cassette recording at home, letme know in advance and we can use the language laboratory. Here there are the three activities to be chosen, the shortest the most difficult; the longest the easiest, but each must be recorded within1 minute. Make your choice and practice a lot before you send it. Good luck to everyone.
 
Arthritis (125 WORDS. 1 minute)

Arthritis terminologically defines a complex classification ofrheumatic diseases affecting the joints and connective tissue. Nonarticular rheumatic conditions include fibrositis and bursitis, inflammatory processes that best respond to a combined physiotherapy and useof anti inflammatory agents to reduce swelling and pain. Osteoarthritis causes a degenerative change in the cartilage within the joints and may lead to crippling if deterioration is severe. The greatcrippler, however, is rheumatoid arthritis. While its manifestations are primarily in the joints, systemic involvement is commonplace. The inflammatory process affects the actual lining of the joints,and the synovial membrane secretes excessive viscid lubricating fluid, causing swelling. Treatment for rheumatoid arthritis includes rest, mild exercise, and drugs ranging from simple acetylsalicylicacid (aspirin) to the complex adrenocorticosteroids or synthetic acid.
