¿QUÉ ES UNA PENSIÓN?

En general la pensión se entiende como un seguro social frente a los riesgos laborales 
La pensión es por lo tanto una Prestación Económica que sete otorgará como trabajador asegurado o a tus beneficiarios cuando cumplas las condiciones para solicitarla, descritas en la Ley del Seguro Social. La pensión la podrás obtener por:

a) Incapacidad Permanente
b) Invalidez
c) Cesantía en edad avanzada o vejez
d) Retiro
e) Viudez
f) Orfandad
g) Ascendientes
La pensión por Incapacidad Permanente se otorga al asegurado que sufre un accidente oenfermedad en ejercicio o con motivo de su trabajo y esto le ocasiona la pérdida de sus facultades, aptitudes o disminución permanente parcial o total en su capacidad física o mental para realizar su trabajo.
Invalidez: Si sufriste un accidente o una enfermedad que no hayan sido originados por una causa que el motivo haya sido las funciones que desempeñas en tu trabajo, o bien que el accidente...
