Stem Cells
A new research is being made, it could change the meaning of healing like we know it. Stem cell is good news for people with diabetes, cancer and some otherdisease that have no chance of recovering. If you had a terminal disease wouldn't you be glad there's hope that you may live? Well now scientists are working on it but not everyoneapproves it.The controversy over stem cell research is not so much about research or methodology in itself, but rather on continued federal funding of a program with importantmoral and ethical issues.
Private funding of stem cell research continues, and researchers are still able to perform many of his experiments and on. Because federal funds may besubstantial for projects of this magnitude, however, the loss of this money has a detrimental effect on the future of stem cell research.
Overall, the controversy over stemcell research comes from the nature of stem cells. A cell of the eye has a different set of coding and chemicals of a muscle cell or a blood cell. Because these stem cells are likeblank slates can be artificially manipulated to become almost any type of cells needed to replace defective tissue. The controversy over stem cell research arises from thepreferred source of stem cells malleable. A human embryo contains the highest level of viable stem cells, since many of the cells have not been "neat" to form specific structures inthe body still.
The objective of my paper is to inform what stem cells are and how can they be used to cure diabetes. This is important for future references, understandingwhat's going on in modern scientific issues and also of course for your general knowledge .I'm explaining the stem cells subject and also diabetes and how stem cells can help.
