It is located in the down town of Colombia, in the natural region known
as the savannah ofBogota, which is part of cundiboyacense plain,
mountain formation located in the Eastern Cordillera of the Andes. It
is the third highest capital in South America(after La Paz and Quito),
an average of 2 625 meters above sea level. It has the world's largest
wilderness, located in the town of Sumapaz.

Plaza deBolívar…
This is the main square of Bogotá because there are
cultural events, such as: national concerts, street
theater among many.
It is also the Cathedral,one of the main churches
throughout Colombia.
There is also the capitol and the courthouse.
