Immigration has exist since humans live on earth, the first habitants were nomads this mean they went to a different place when theythink it was necessary, whatever were the reason for food, climate or maybe because they just thought it was time to move on to other place. There are important things about immigrants in USA that people don’t know and I will explain it in my essay, like the origins of immigration, and all the rights and the laws for the immigrants, there are many factors that can cause an immigration these onescould be political conflicts, or a bad economic situation, or maybe looking for a better economic situation, and others like want a better lifetime opportunity. The consequences of their immigrations can turn on to be positive or negative it all depends of the circumstances. Like I said it before there are important things about immigrants in USA that people don’t know, what are the causes thatmake people take this decision and the consequences it produces.

Even if I want to generalize about the impact that immigrants have caused in societies around the world, it seems that point to the United States, maybe because is the country with more immigrants, there are about 60 million people more than one fifth of the total population of theUnited States that are immigrants or the children of immigrants.
Immigrants have caused a big impact in different forms, for example they have improved the economy of the USA, there are many important business and people that make a huge contribution to American economy, also the culture of many immigrants have influenced in many parts of USA, such as their ways to think, nowadays you can seethat American citizens are being more tolerable with immigrants religions, traditions and beliefs,
Even with all the positives things immigrants can do for a country, in this case for the United States, there are still people who seem to don’t understand and mistreat them; also some immigrant’s workers have problems for the discrimination to documented immigrants, An employer cannot legally refuseto hire a documented worker, citizen or noncitizen, just because he or she has a foreign name, speaks with an accent or was born in another country. You do not have to be a citizen to work in the United States. This is one of the most common cases of discrimination in this country.

But there are negative thinks that immigrants have done before, I’m not saying that are old the same, but someAmericans do think like this since the 9/11. The impact of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 dramatically affected the economic, sociologic, and national defensive landscape of USA.  Almost nine years later, the effects are still prevalent, especially in the area of immigration. Some American are scared and think it twice when they have to share the subway with this immigrants, of coursethis is a type of discrimination, but what happened that day changes for completely the way of think of many people.
