What makes an effective listener?
Effective Listeners:
1. Listen actively
* Itis very important for the receiver to understand that we are offering all our attention.
2. Take careful and completes notes.
* To have a fullunderstanding by the receiver to tell the sender wants to play ourselves.
3. Make frequent eye contact with the speaker (depending on the culture)
* Tounderstand that the issuer are actively listened. Be careful with the different cultures that in some frequent eye contact can mean authority, challenge.
4. Stay focusedon the speaker and the content.
