Abstract
The present document has as objective to realize an analysis to allows standing out the importance of the education in the XXI century. For this, we will investigate in the different elements to compose the educational system, and also to judge the role that had the education in the diverse epochs of the history. Across these mechanisms, we can know the behaviorof the education in the social and cultural area of a civilization, which also allows generating the answer uncompleted yet, of the importance to have the education for the actual century.

Introduction
Throughout of the time, the job to educate has meant a hard aim that not every time had good results. If we place the educational process in a particular period of the history, for startingto related it with the socio-cultural conflicts that wrapped the situation of a nation. It is true that education possesses and will possess the same objective to give culture and socialize the areas where the humans inhabit, but not always these objectives face the same procedure to effect as such. Given this reason, to understand the education, means to understand endless events to allow or toprevent the educational practice, being all them principal actors to know the importance of the education in a determinate context. The importance of the education in the actual century, will depend indisputably of the importance that had in the before epochs, because can’t conceive an effective educational practice if it is not considering the results obtained of the education on before times.Of this way, it is necessary submit concept of education not just to the abstraction, also to the reality in that it has developed, and so can begin the investigation that will allow to discover the importance of education in the XXI century.

The results of this investigation principally are summarized in the orientation that must use the education of our days. Starting the analysis, since the beginning of the education, we can understand that the educational practice is a phenomenon that always has been in force in humans, not the method that has been taken to exercise, and less the elements with that nourish for gettingthe development of the humanity.
Initially, the education was tightly linked to the understanding of the religious and philosophical laws of the classic old, furthermore to be a privilege of priests and members of de nobility. In the medieval epoch the situation was enough similar, the access to the education continuing being limited for the majority of the population, and the borning the neweducative institutions, was dominated by the scholastic. In the next centuries, principally with the apparition of the renaissance, the development of the sciences and new technologies, the education extended its horizons, linking with the politics of the new age. The religious protestant reform, the development of the scientific knowledge and the implantation of the formal educational system hadan important role.
With the beginning the XXI century, the education faced de national education system originated in Europe and adopted by some Latin American countries.
