The Season

Summer
The summer is the first season of the year. My favourite season is summer because I like the beach. The beach, the sun and the sea, these are perfect complements to spend my summer vacations.In Perú, the summer starts from 22th of December to 23th of March. In the north of Perú, the summer is very hot. The summer is warm. In the north of Perú, the temperature is 35°C and in the South is27°C. The people go to the beach every day and they eat ice cream because it’s sweet and refreshing. The most popular beaches are Máncora, Punta Sal, Colán, Pimentel and Huanchaco.
In January,there is a marinera contest in Trujillo. It’s the most popular celebration because people of all the country go to see the competition. February is a romantic month because we celebrate Valentine’s Day.People give gifts to their boyfriends or girlfriends. Cajamarca celebrates the carnival. People dance in the principal square and they paint the clothing.
Spring
The spring is one of the fourseasons. The word spring is synonym of youth, sun and air. This is mainly due to the abundance of multicolored flowers during the months that cover this season of the year.
The spring is a beautifulseason. In Perú, it is from September to December. The flowers fields and the colors are very beautiful. There are yellow, red, green, orange and purple. There are lots of birds and flowers. Spring isfriendship, love and joy. The spring’s day on September 23th. In Trujillo people celebrate with parades. All over the city.
In the spring people wear colorful clothes. Families usually go camping toenjoy nature

Winter
In my country Peru, winter begins on July, those months are cold. The people wear coats especially in the mornings and nights.
It’s important to eat enough fruit and vegetables,they are rich in vitamins and minerals to prevent illness, we have to eat healthy food and take care of our health.
