Scene 1
Description:
In a world where everyone uses a special pair of glasses that tell every citizen what to do, when and how there is a group of four friends talking.
Setting, indoors, around 4 p.m.
Each one is in his own house and they are talking through the glasses, all the houses are the same because they have been constructed by the government, white walls, and black chairs.
DialogueNick: Hey! How was your day? Anything strange?
Paul: Yes, I had to pack lemons instead of apples.
Will: oh, that’s great, my day was as boring as usual, but I can’t complain, at least we have food and shelter, not like our grandparents that lived in a chaotic civilization.
Steven: we have to thank grandpa, he has brought peace and prosperity to our world.
Nick: I’m sick of doing the samething every day and doing what the glasses tell me to do, haven’t you guys ever imagine what would happen if we decided not to obey the orders we receive? If just for one day we could decide what to do with our lives?
Paul: that’s impossible, our lives depend entirely on what the glasses tell us, I couldn’t imagine myself without someone telling me what to do, or how.
Steven: are you crazy, it willonly destroy the harmony in our society; your rebellious acts would affect thousands of innocent people that have chosen to live in peace following the instructions we receive.
Nick: ok, calm down, it was only an idea.
Will: you better stop having those ideas, it is not safe for you, you would end up in jail or murdered.
Paul: ok, I have to go, the glasses just told me I have to brush myteeth, bye.
Will, Nick and Steven: Bye.

Scene 2
Description:
Two friends that are submitted to the sunglasses are walking by the street talking about the current situation of the civilization that obeys sunglasses.
Setting, outdoors more or less 9 a.m.
Two friends talked by the sunglasses and accorded to meet in a café at 10 a.m., but first they walk by a boulevard in the downtown of thecity.
Dialogue
Nick: What up bro! How‘re you doing?
Paul: Hey Nick! It´s been years since the last time I saw you face to face!
Nick: Yeah… I remember that day before the government imposed the sunglasses law. Since then we’ve been talking through this shit every day! Man I´m so bored with this system that I really want to stop obeying them, just to see what happens, don´t you?
Paul: Well,just thinking with a bit of logic, I think that the federal police would be arresting us past the hour of not obeying….
Nick: Don´t be pussy man, it´s going to be a fun experience and I promise you that you´ll enjoy life a lot more because everything you will do since the is going to be a direct order from your brain!
Paul: Should we??
Nick: Don´t think it too much, I promise that it´s gonna bereally sick!!!
Paul: Ok, so let´s finish today obeying these things and from tomorrow on, no more rules ok?
Nick: Fine….I´ll be down at your flat before dawn!

Scene 3
Description: Nick starts to disobey the orders given by the sunglasses, anyone who disobeys them will be prosecuted. Paul and the other friends follow Nick´s idea just to know what it feels like, aware of the consequences thatcould imply.
Setting: Nick´s house before dawn.
Paul: Hey! Wasn´t it strange not having the sunglasses yesterday? I almost can´t remember brushing my teeth before going to bed!
Nick: I know! The last time I used them I talked to the other guys so they came over, they´ll be here any minute
(Steven and Will meet outside)
Steven: I can´t remember how long it´s been since I don´t ring a housebell.
Will: Yes, I was thinking about that, yesterday we would have just told Nick to open through the sunglasses. I´m still not convinced about this, I´m sure we´ll get into some deep shit.
Nick: Hey, you´re just in time.
Paul: So what are we gonna do?
Nick: I know you all feel curious about doing whatever you want, not what a pair of glasses tells you to do, am I right or what?
Steven: I...
