TURISMO SOSTENIBLE ANTE RETROCESO GLACIAR, CASO

RESUMEN
El Perú es un país privilegiado, por la
presencia de áreas gélidas (nevados), a
altitud que alcanzan a mas de 5000
m.s.n.m., como es el caso del nevado
Huaytapallana en el departamento de
Junín y otros a nivelnacional; en un
estudio de comparación, de datos de
décadas pasadas, con estudios recientes,
confirma el retroceso de los glaciares en

el Perú, en el Huaytapallana este
retroceso se da a un ritmo de 8.2 m/año, esto pronostica un futuro critico en el
abastecimiento de agua tanto para esta región Junín, como para otros lugares en el Perú.
La causa delretroceso de los nevados, son diversos como el cambio climático, efecto
invernadero, las actividades humanas, dentro de ello la minería irresponsable, el turismo
insostenible; generando impactos negativos al nevado Huaytapallana; mediante un
turismo tradicional, sin Cálculo de Capacidad de Carga Turística, genera contaminación,
consecuentemente degradación del área natural (Desaparición delHuaytapallana) y a la
vez provoca incomodidad, insatisfacción e inseguridad turística.
La alternativa planteada, es la elaboración de un Plan de Manejo Turístico del Nevado
Huaytapallana, que implementa con diversas actividades, persigue amortiguar el retroceso
acelerado e irreversible, de extinción del nevado de Huaytapallana; este plan en gestión
turístico, debe ser implementado multisectorialmente,difundida a la población y aplicada
como un tema transversal en la educación básico regular en la región Junín.

SUMMARY/ABSTRAC
The Peru is a privileged country, for the presence of gelid areas (snowy), to altitude that
you/they reach to butof 5000 m.s.n.m., like it is the case of the snowy Huaytapallana in the
department of Junín and others at national level; in a comparison study, of data of passed
decades, with recent studies, it confirms the setback of the glaciers in the Peru, in the
Huaytapallana this setback is given to a rhythm of 8.2 m/year, this predicts a future I
criticize in the supply of water as much for thisregion as for other places in the Peru.

The cause of the setback of the snowy ones, they are diverse as the climatic change, effect
hothouse, the human activities, inside it the irresponsible mining, theuntenable tourism; it
is last it is the direct cause of the disappearance of the snowy Huaytapallana; by means of
a traditional tourism, without Calculation of Capacity of Tourist Load, it generates
contamination, consequently degradation of the natural area (Disappearance of the
Huaytapallana) and at the same time it causes annoyance, dissatisfaction and tourist
insecurity as other negativeimpacts.
The outlined alternative, it is the elaboration of a Plan of Tourist Handling of the Snowy
Huaytapallana that implements with diverse activities, it pursues to muffle the setback
quick and irreversible extinction of the snowy one of Huaytapallana; this plan in tourist
administration, multisectorial should be implemented, diffused the population and applied
as a traverse topic in thebasic education to regulate in the Junín´s state.
