Free Education

I am adopting a utilitarianism position on the issue of free education. I strongly agree with this moral issue that every person should receive freeeducation. Every human being deserves to live a hedonistic life no matter what economic status they’re in, or mental capacity they have. Everyone should get the chance to pursue a higher educational levelwithout having to pay a penny for it. Why do some countries pay for their children’s education and others charge for the same education? This is clearly a dilemma that should be resolved and everyoneshould be equally receiving the same education for FREE.

According to Utilitarianism the good should be maximized and that is exactly what we want with our education. Education is somethinggood that everyone individual should receive at no cost. Think of all the benefits it will bring to our society if education was free. Most of the population would be interested in having a higherlevel of education. Since, they will be able to pursue their dreams and accomplish their goals. Let’s talk a little bit about numbers now, only 68% of high school graduates enroll in colleges anduniversity due to their lack of money.
Imagine how much more students would attend colleges and universities if education was free, probably almost 100% of students will reach higher education levels.This will increase job opportunities and correspond to lower levels of unemployment and poverty. It’s a proven fact

that college graduates earn about 73 percent more than typical high schoolgraduates, and those with advanced degrees earn two to three times as much as high school graduates. More educated people are less likely to be unemployed and less likely to live in poverty.In addition, everyone will be focused on helping others if education was free. Why?
